Their Montaluce Winery engagement session is one of my favorite sessions I’ve ever done. These photos speak for themselves. But for those of you who need a little more than just photos I posted Jimmy and Tracy’s story of love below.

Tracy and Jimmy met at North Georgia and almost instantly became BEST FRIENDS. They talked about everything together and eventually started dating. A big part of their story is their faith in Christ and relationship with Him.

Tracy and Jimmy started dating and living as non-Christians, but after a good friend, Evan Lowell, pointed them back to Christ, everything changed. Tracy says, “I realized I had been living for me before I surrendered my life over and I definitely believe I am a ‘new creation’ now!”

I cannot wait to photograph their wedding at Montaluce Winery and Vineyards on November 13th, 2010!

What a weekend! I shot the most beautiful wedding between Katie and Cody Chapman at Park Tavern in Piedmont Park. Pictures to come:)  I unfortunately have been very sick (both ears infected) and achy for the past week. Press on, press on…as engagement, wedding, and portraits continue!

Weekend recap: I had the privilege of photographing the gorgeous wedding of Laura and Brad up at Lake Lanier. Loved EVERY MINUTE OF IT. Laura was stunning, venue=perfection, and watching them say their vows overlooking the lake was such a joy.  Slideshow and pictures coming later this week!

Courtney and Thorne. They have lived every Hollywood movie’s fairytale. Thorne was the quarterback in high school and Courtney a cheerleader. The two have been dating since they knew what dating was, and are truly made for each other. 

I met Courtney through a good friend of mine who recommended me to her and we knew we were fit for each other from our initial meeting! 

Both Thorne and Courtney grew together in their years at UGA, and Thorne knew before Courtney that they were meant to be together. Courtney needed more time, as marriage is a big decision! Thorne was patient and he got the girl:) 

We did their engagement session last fall at North Campus at UGA. Their wedding took place Aug 7, 2010 in Greensboro GA. The day started at the Cuscowilla Golf and Country Club on Lake Oconee. Fantastic grounds, and a great place of relaxation before the big day. 

The ceremony was beautiful, as they exchanged their vows. Together FOREVER. 

The guests danced the night away at the picture perfect Higdon House.

The guests wished Courtney and Thorne a great marriage and a wonderful new beginning in NYC with sparklers!

Zero interest. Laura and Brad met, and Laura pretty much blew him off.  Brad didn’t give up and Laura’s affections for him grew. Sensing a pattern? Its all about persistence, isn’t it guys? (See Lisa and Brian’s story below). Brad and Laura began a dating relationship, he proposed, and are saying their vows this month!  Brad is a man’s man, and Laura is the quintessential girly girl.

Lisa and Brian met at a mutual friend’s engagement party. They struck up a conversation and were interested in each other and even went on some dates. 

Brian and Lisa started dating and soon fell in love. Their relationship is full of silliness and a deep appreciation and respect for one another. They bring joy to all those around them, and it was a BLAST photographing their wedding.

The reception was at the classy 103 West restaurant off of West Paces Ferry in Buckhead.
