Friday YouTube Break: Party Girl |

My brain needs a YouTub Break every 3 or so hours just to keep things interesting and to lasso my mind back on track. I know some like to plow through the day like they’re storming the bastille, but there are an abundance of Psychology Today articles that support the ‘all-work-and-no-play-makes-Sarah-a-dull-girl’ theory.
